So this used to freak me out at first but now I know it could be a couple of different things. My niece sometimes makes crying sounds in her sleep, which used to get me worried. As it turns out, it could be a bunch of things going on in that pretty little head of hers. These include, she might be dreaming (weird right?), in need of a diaper change or sometimes, though rare, might be sick.

Crying is the only way of communication for toddlers. A baby can also cry while sleeping because of hunger. Try to breastfeed the baby and see what happens. Other times it could be the baby is struggling between waking up and sleeping. Maybe the baby has not fully woken up and you just need to give him or her time. It is very normal and nothing to worry about.

In our culture old folks say that a baby that is crying in sleep is having a nightmare. You should take the baby from the crib to give it some caressing as if to assure that nothing is wrong. Maybe there is truth to that because I believe that babies also have their dreams.

About 6 months ago, I was stuggling to get my baby to sleep and after visits to the doctor, sleepless night, countless hours spent on online looking for something to help my child but nothing worked.

I called and spoke to numerous day care centres and child car places to see if anyone knew what could help my child.

It was really hurting me watching my baby go through this, night after night not being able to sleep, feeling helpless and unable to help.

It was by chance, one day that I was in a chemist picking up some medication and I was speaking to the lady behind the counter and she told me about a product that her daughter had been using on her grand daughter and she told me to give her my number and she would message it to me.

The product was a life saver, within a few days, my child was back to normal and sleeping again. It was cheaper than everything else I tried.

    Here is the product. http://bit.ly/2m2UelL

I am a huge advocate of this product and I have told all my friends and family about the product and some of my friends have started using it and also swear by it.

I honestly can't thank this lady enough for what she had done for me and my child esspecially.

I'm sharing this in the hope it also helps someone one day.
