    I go over these 8 effective tips on reducing stress during pregnancy to find out if my wife had been doing these while she's pregnant before.

    I note the following tips:

    1. Take a 5-minute time out.
    2. Cut back on your daily chores.
    3. Partake in gentle exercise.
    4. Don't isolate yourself.
    5. Try to maintain a healthy diet.
    6. Keep a journal.
    7. Join a support group.
    8. Don't be afraid to ask for help.

    Except 6 and 7 hadn't observed my wife. The other 6 tips had greatly helped my wife. I even help her in doing her daily chores and taking for a walk early in the morning.
