Well, if you really want to be sure if you really are pregnant, you could either do test your urine with a pregnancy test, or consult an OB gyne. Simply because symptoms are only symptoms, and can be of other cause other than pregnancy. Like if your experiencing nausea and vomiting, it "could" mean that you're pregnant, but it could also mean that you're ill which both needs medical attention. So it's better for you to be checked up by a professional doctor.

In our culture, old folks usually say that a pregnant woman is lethargic and always sleepy, choosy with food and irritable. However, in this modern times, all you need is the pregnancy test kit. It is cheap and can be bought in the pharmacy and I guess it is accurate to let you know if you are pregnant or not. And if you are not satisfied with the result of the kit then you can go to a clinic and have a further check up by an ob-gyne specialist.

Well it really differs from woman to woman. Some women immediately have morning sickness, feel nauseous all the time and just not feeling alright but not really sick. Some (like me) just got pregnant without the fuzz of morning sickness and everything. But I noticed that my hips suddenly got bigger and my breasts (nipples) got a little tender too. Usually these are the signs for the early pregnancy days. Your body is slowly adjusting for the growing baby. And then that's when you may want to check your suspicions by using home pregnancy test kit. they are pretty accurate especially when done correctly. Or to be really sure, go to the ob-gynecologist to confirm if you're pregnant or not.

Well there’s many ways to figure out your pregnant. 1. You just feel... pregnant ! You don’t feel like your normal self. Maybe a little tired lately or food adversions. 2. Most common sign missed period. If your period is a day late I would recommend testing just in case. 3. Morning sickness usually happens around 4-6 weekss

It's different for everyone. Some women are very in tune with their bodies and notice every little change however small. For most women it is either a missed period or morning sickness but some women have slight bleeding every month despite becoming pregnant so do not realise until much later.

With me I had a strange bloated tight feeling inside my stomach and an increased desire to use the toilet. In fact my first pregnancy test was negative but even so I knew that I was pregnant as my body was telling me in other ways.

I believe the most obvious symptom that you're pregnant is when you miss your period. You may also feel nauseous or craving for something. You may also feel bloated. But as @AmieBotella and @littlewitch66 said, it's different for every woman.

That's true @Alexandoy, it's easier now to find out if one is pregnant with the use of pregnancy test kits. One does not have to guess. A kit will often suffice to prove if one is pregnant or not. And as you've said, if not satisfied, get professional help.

At the first term of my pregnancy, I am still having my period, and so being pregnant never crossed my mind, but looking back at it now, I realized I did have shorter period days than my normal ones. Must be a sign also, but since I didn't know about it, I never really thought that I am pregnant. But the body changes are evident though.
