Carb rich bland snacks such as dry cereal, crackers, and pretzels really helped me with morning sickness when I was expecting, ginger ale also helped tremendously. Some mornings it seemed like I was never going to get through it. Icey cold fruit and Popsicles were my other go to favorites that helped my nausea.
