What if you are advised to hire a nanny for your hyperactive toddler? The natural reaction is a pout because hiring a person to take care of the toddler is surely expensive. But a toddler getting a bump on the head of a bruise on the face would be more expensive in terms of emotions. Hiring a part time nanny is not a bad idea when you couldn't provide the time for your toddler.

That's a good thing to do to if you have money, hire a nanny, but sometimes, even if you mean well, even the nanny can purposely or unintentionally harm your child, so you should screen them well.
